Processing

It takes up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and confirmed with by our team. Your purchase will then be personally packaged and shipped to you.

Shipping in South Africa
Flat rate of R95 for door to door delivery, estimated at 3-5 working days. Kindly note should you be in an outlying area this could extend by a further 2 days. 

International shipping
Please contact us to discuss further, we are currently FedExing products abroad.

Pre-Orders 
Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you can place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your product before the item arrives in stock from our studio.

The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will secure your items without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

PRE-ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 3 WEEKS. Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays could occur, mainly due to your items being handmade. 

Tidefolk is cannot be held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur should you wish to Pre-order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, communicate and update you after Pre-order when your items are available for shipping. 

When select to pre-order please proceed through the check out as usual and make complete full payment. Your order will only be shipped upon completion of the ordered Pre-Order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement.

Tidefolk cannot be held liable for any delays in shipment caused by force majeure, acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Tidefolk (such as Covid-19 related delay).

We are unable to change an order or cancel an order once it has been placed due to our current systems. Please double check that the items, units and delivery address are correct when checking out.
