If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Tidefolk will accept most items for exchange. Please contact Hello@tidefolk.com within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it. 

Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition within 5 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 5 day period are only eligible for store credit. For your protection, please pack your returns with all of the original packaging, return your order with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Tidefolk is not responsible for return-items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a detailed note with your name, email address and invoice number in the package on return. We cannot refund return shipping charges on exchange items, but will send an exchange item free of shipping charge. 

We are a very understanding small local brand and are always open to discuss other options should exchange not be a viable option.
